On Friday August 31, 2012 our brother Ray Stewart passed away.

A ceremony was held on Sunday September 9th, and a military service on Monday September 10th.

It’s never an easy thing, saying goodbye to a brother firefighter. I had the pleasure of working with Ray as a fire fighter and on the Executive Board for Local F85. He joined this department because he wanted to help people. We’ll never forget you, Ray, and we’re better for having known you.
